Digital Advertising Solutions and Non-Refundable Policy

Considering the digital and service-based characteristics of the advertising solutions (such as Google Ads campaign management, Meta Ads services, performance marketing strategies, analytics reporting), all purchase requests are regarded as definitive once the advertising campaign has initiated or service deliverables have been distributed. The Vendor does not provide reimbursements for commenced or fulfilled advertising services.

Reimbursement Requests Prior to Campaign Commencement

The Client may cancel the Purchase Request and seek complete reimbursement by contacting the Vendor at info@digiailimited.com, contingent upon work on the advertising campaign not having commenced. Reimbursement requests must be presented within 3 business days from the payment date. Reimbursements will not be provided if campaign setup or advertising activities have already commenced.

Service Quality Issues

If the Client maintains that the furnished advertising service fails to satisfy the stipulated specifications or quality benchmarks, they should document the issue within 7 days of service delivery by contacting info@digiailimited.com. The Vendor will evaluate the issues and, if warranted, provide campaign adjustments, optimization modifications, or a partial reimbursement, contingent upon the circumstances.

Campaign Modifications and Optimization

The Vendor pursues client satisfaction and supplies campaign modifications and optimization services as specified in the Client’s service agreement. Please reference the individual agreement or proposal for modification conditions and optimization terms.

Launching a payment dispute without initially contacting the Vendor to address the issue is regarded as a violation of this guideline. The Vendor promotes direct correspondence at info@digiailimited.com to address any issues.

By utilizing the Platform’s advertising solutions, the Client consents to the aforementioned return guidelines. DIGIAI LIMITED maintains the authority to revise or alter this guideline at any instance without advance notification.

According to Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Legislation, the cancellation right from a contract established remotely or off-premises does not extend to contracts for the provision of digital services not preserved on a physical medium if the service execution has commenced with the explicit authorization of the Individual Customer prior to the expiration of the cancellation timeframe and following the vendor’s notification to them regarding the forfeiture of the cancellation right. Considering the immediate commencement of advertising campaign setup or service access provisions to the Purchaser’s email contact, the acquired service becomes active immediately upon payment processing, and at that instance, the cancellation right terminates.

The Client possesses the entitlement to access and modify their information.

Supplying personal information is discretionary; nevertheless, omission to supply the personal information designated in the Terms as essential for Sales Contract establishment and advertising service delivery results in the incapacity to establish such contract or provide services.

Article 12: Concluding Provisions

Contracts established via the digital Platform are established in the Polish language.

The Vendor maintains the authority to modify the Terms for significant justifications, including modifications in legal legislation or modifications in payment and fulfillment methods, to the degree that these modifications influence the execution of the stipulations of these Terms.
